Sophie is a person-centred practitioner who tailors individualised interventions to meet each client where they are at. She has worked for a perinatal mental health service and has a special interest in supporting parents experiencing adjustment and mental health challenges in pregnancy and the early years of parenting. Sophie has also worked providing EAP counselling to people experiencing a range of challenges such as workplace stress, relationship issues and life adjustments. She enjoys working with clients from a range of backgrounds and strives to create a relaxed, non-judgmental space to explore the goals of each individual client.
Sophie creates a safe therapeutic space, providing the opportunity for personal growth and improved wellbeing.
Sophie draws upon a variety of tools from evidence-based interventions such as;
- Skills Training
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
- Mindfulness.
When working with perinatal clients she uses attachment theory and the Circle of Security model to inform her practice.

Sophie practices at CHP in Fremantle and sees adult clients aged 18 + years.
Sophie runs her own independent practice and engages Clear Health Psychology to provide administrative and other business services to enable her to provide assessment and treatment to her clients.
Appointment duration: 51 minutes
Sessions rates:
Individuals: $195.00 per appointment
Medicare rebate is available with a Mental Health Care Plan for individual appointments.
Cancellation Policy: Appointments are precious and we appreciate you giving at least 48 hours’ notice if you cannot attend. For cancellations under 48 hours, 50% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate. For cancellations under 24 hours, 100% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate.
