We also offer Fitness for Work and Bariatric Pre-surgical assessments for adults.
We happily accept referrals from Mental Health Care Plans, Private Health, Employee Assistance Programs, National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Australian Defence Force, Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA), as well as those with workers compensation or Insurance Commission of WA claims.
