Sophie’s style is collaborative and focused – clients feel supported and gently challenged, with therapy tailored to their needs. She primarily works one-on-one with adults navigating various life stages, as well as with young people. Sophie enjoys working with individuals who are neurodiverse and brings a strengths-based, affirming approach to this work. While she has experience across a range of presentations, she has a particular interest in anxiety, low mood, stress, and self-esteem concerns. Sophie values exploring the root of issues while supporting present-day functioning, aiming to empower clients to eventually move forward without therapy.

Sessions rates:
Individuals: $240 per appointment
Medicare rebate is available with a Mental Health Care Plan for individual appointments.
Cancellation Policy: Appointments are precious and we appreciate you giving at least 48 hours’ notice if you cannot attend. For cancellations under 48 hours, 50% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate. For cancellations under 24 hours, 100% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate.
Please Note: Sophie accepts appointments for children ages 8yrs+, adolescents, and adults.
