Registered Psychologist

Lia is a registered psychologist and the joint Clinical Director of Ellenbrook. Lia holds a Masters Degree in Psychology and has worked in private practice for the last 8 years.

With a warm and down-to-earth approach, Lia combines components from a variety of therapeutic approaches and works collaboratively with clients to help them gain a greater understanding of their difficulties and achieve their therapy goals.

Lia is experienced in working with adults who have a range of presenting problems including:

Depression
Anxiety and worry
Stress Management
Relationship difficulties
Alcohol and other substance use issues
Grief and loss
Work-related issues.

Lia has a special interest in the treatment of anxiety including health anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, and generalised anxiety.

Lia runs her own independent practice and engages Clear Health Psychology to provide administrative and other business services to enable her to provide assessment and treatment to her clients.

Sessions rates:

Individuals: $230.00 per appointment

Medicare rebate is available with a Mental Health Care Plan for individual appointments.

Cancellation Policy: Appointments are precious and we appreciate you giving at least 48 hours’ notice if you cannot attend. For cancellations under 48 hours, 50% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate. For cancellations under 24 hours, 100% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate.
