Jacci is a passionate clinical psychologist who brings empathy, kindness, humour and a genuine, non-judgemental approach. Client’s report feeling heard, at ease, validated, and respected. Her style is person centred and collaborative.

Jacci enjoys working with clients experiencing:

  • Trauma, complex-trauma & post traumatic stress

  • Unhelpful thoughts, emotional dysregulation, distress intolerance

  • Intrusive thoughts

  • Work stress/burnout

She has experience assisting clients diagnosed with, but not limited to, OCD, PTSD, c-PTSD, BPD, ADHD, GAD, Depression and Panic.

Jacci uses a client centred approach, incorporating a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual, drawing from:

  • Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
  • Mindfulness Relaxation Strategies

Jacci’s enjoys working collaboratively with clients in:

  • Developing practical strategies to cope with current concerns/challenges, building resilience, self-esteem & confidence.
  • Discovering any unshifting (stuck) concerns that get in the way of life.
  • Working to process & heal from difficult life experiences.
  • The aim being a more rewarding & fulfilling, present & future.
  • Develop a sense of empowerment, psychologically flexibility, connection, safety, & self-awareness.

Jacci has endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist with AHPRA & is a member of the Australian Psychological Society. Jacci has worked within the mental health sector, since 2012. Working with clients across the lifespan, within community, public & private, clinics & hospitals within QLD, NSW & WA. As a psychologist & previously as a registered nurse. Although not bilingual, culturally & linguistically diverse clients are welcomed. Jacci is neurodiversity & LGBTQIA+ affirmative & is a trauma-informed therapist. Clients are welcome to attend in person or via Telehealth.

Jacci runs her own independent practice and engages Clear Health Psychology to provide administrative and other business services to enable her to provide assessment and treatment to her clients.

Appointment duration:  51 minutes

Sessions rates:

Individuals: $267.00 per appointment

Saturday Appointments: $300.00 per appointment

Telehealth: Yes

Medicare rebate is available with a Mental Health Care Plan for individual appointments. 

Cancellation Policy:  Appointments are precious and we appreciate you giving at least 48 hours’ notice if you cannot attend. For cancellations under 48 hours, 50% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate. For cancellations under 24 hours, 100% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate.

Please note: Jacci does not accept appointments for clients under the age of 18, couples or family sessions.
