Fa-eeza has experience supporting individuals facing addiction, depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, and trauma. Her approach prioritizes trust, safety, and mutual respect, knowing that true healing begins when one feels seen and secure. In her sessions, clients freely express themselves, while she provides both support and guidance in understanding their thoughts, patterns, and relationships. She blends deep insight with action-oriented strategies, helping clients confront repressed emotions, unhelpful beliefs, and recurring cycles. Therapy with her is both reflective and practical, combining talk therapy with skill-building. Above all, she is committed to helping clients break free and step into the person they want to become.

Appointment duration:  51 minutes

Sessions rates:

Individuals: $200.00 per appointment

Couples: $235.00 per appointment

Medicare rebate is available with a Mental Health Care Plan for individual appointments.

Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24-hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. Otherwise, a late cancellation or a non-attendance fee (a % of the consultation fee) will be incurred. 0 – 24 hours notice – 50% of the fee will apply with no medicare rebate.
