Mary adopts a range of treatment interventions depending on the client’s needs – including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Schema Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Relaxation techniques and other psychotherapeutic approaches.
She fosters a respectful and compassionate therapeutic space for clients to explore and develop deeper insight and awareness of their own process. Through this practice of deeper reflection and self-examination, clients are afforded simple opportunities to cultivate and foster more authentic and meaningful lives and relationships for themselves. Clients often find, that this approach in turn helps engender a greater sense of peace, well-being and acceptance both of self and others.
