Laura is a Clinical Psychologist registered with AHPRA and has over 15 years’ experience working with adults and young people from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds and circumstances.

Laura uses different evidence-based therapeutic approaches to tailor the best support for individuals who experience depression, trauma, anxieties, cultural shock, anger, bullying, grief and loss, domestic violence and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

She provides assessment, clinical formulations, and therapy for a range of psychological challenges. She is bilingual (Italian) and believes that therapeutic intervention is a co-operation between the individual and her. She is passionate about empowering individuals in achieving an inner balance with the ultimate goal of a more fulfilling life.

Laura uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focus Therapy, and Trauma Focussed CBT.

She is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Circle of Security (CoS).

Laura completed her Master in Clinical Psychology at Edith Cowan University.

Laura strives to create a safe space for those who are seeking support in an empathic and compassionate stance, where the individual feels validated and unconditionally accepted and they can start the journey of their emotional healing.

Laura has previously worked in multicultural settings, parenting support, child protection and complex trauma. She has extensive experience on trauma-informed, attachment-based psychological therapy to children parents, and carers.

Laura was born in Italy, Rome. Laura loves the arts, photography, nature, horse riding, swimming and walking her dog.

Laura runs her own independent practice and engages Clear Health Psychology to provide administrative and other business services to enable her to provide assessment and treatment to her clients.

Sessions rates:
Individuals, couples & families: $260.00 per appointment

Medicare rebate is available with a Mental Health Care Plan for individual appointments. 

Cancellation Policy: Appointments are precious and we appreciate you giving at least 24 hours notice if you can not attend. For cancellations under 24 hours, 50% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate.
