Katharine Mcleod

Katharine is a Registered Psychologist who provides counselling support and therapeutic interventions for adolescent and adult clients.
Katharine is warm and empathic approach to support individuals to work through issues such as; depression, anxiety disorders, stress, trauma reactions, addictions, and other mental health issues, and has a particular interest in supporting clients from an LGBTQI+ background.

Katharine provides treatments which are tailored to the individual client and may integrate elements of a range of evidenced-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Katharine has previously worked in the alcohol and other drugs field and works with clients that have severe and persistent mental health issues and she is also a lecturer in Addictions at Edith Cowan University.
