Erin is a warm, authentic and empathetic mental health Occupational Therapist. She focuses on providing a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space in which to explore the psychological challenges that clients are experiencing, and uses a person centred approach to work collaboratively with clients to meet their therapy goals.
Erin draws from a range of evidence-based therapies such as; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Sensory Modulation, Polyvagal Theory, Mindfulness Practice and utilises a person-centred and trauma-informed approach.
