Clinical Experience and Background
Emily started her career as a sport psychologist at the NSW Institute of Sport, providing elite athletes with mental skills training to assist them to achieve their peak performance. She has also worked within the fields of occupational rehabilitation (mainly with NSW Police Force and NSW Department of Education), corporate psychology, mediation and HR consulting, however her true passion lies with counselling and helping individuals in a clinical setting.
Emily can assist adults with a full range of mental health issues including depression and anxiety, stress, grief and loss, chronic pain, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, parenting challenges and mental skills training for both elite and non-elite athletes.
