Dylan uses techniques from a range of evidence based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Enhanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), Motivational Interviewing, Schema Therapy (ST), mindfulness and compassion based frameworks.
Dylan has a particular interest in assisting clients experiencing challenges related to;

Dylan has completed his Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) and Master of Clinical Psychology degrees through Curtin University. He has experience working within private practice and community mental health settings, and with the Department of Communities in Child Protection and Family Support.
