Clear Health Psychology is a well-established psychology facilities business with 16 psychology practices across Perth offering evidence-based psychological assessment and treatment services. Clear Health Psychology offers support services for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.

Cindy aims to create a calm and safe therapeutic space where clients feel comfortable, respected and welcomed. Cindy believes in taking a collaborative and client-centred approach to her work. She understands and emphasises the importance of establishing an effective, warm, and trusting relationship, as a vital step in achieving positive outcomes.

Cindy is a Registered Psychologist with AHPRA and a member of the Australian Psychological Society.

Cindy specialises in supporting adolescents aged 16 and above and adults. She is experienced in helping individuals manage behavioural and emotional challenges, navigate critical life transitions, and break through the barriers that stand in their way.

Cindy has completed a Masters in Organisational Psychology and has worked with organisations and leaders to develop workplace mental health initiatives and build supportive team culture.

Cindy draws on several evidence-based therapies to help clients achieve their individual goals including:

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
Motivational Interviewing

Cindy runs her own independent practice and engages Clear Health Psychology to provide administrative and other business services to enable her to provide assessment and treatment to her clients.

Appointment duration: 51 minutes

Sessions rates:

Individuals: $210.00 per appointment

Medicare rebate is available with a Mental Health Care Plan for individual appointments.

Cancellation Policy: Appointments are precious and we appreciate you giving at least 24 hours notice if you can not attend. For cancellations under 24 hours, 50% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate.

Please note: Cindy does not accept appointments for children under 16 years of age, couples or family sessions.
