Annette Wells

Annette is a registered psychologist with AHPRA and a member of the Australian Psychological Society.
Annette is passionate about her role as a psychologist, taking an empathic and respectful stance to her clinical work. Annette works from a person-centred approach, offering clients warmth, positive regard and a safe therapeutic space that is respectful and free from judgment. She engages in sound, evidence-based clinical practice and is a diligent, conscientious, and genuine practitioner.

Annette has experience working with people across the lifespan: individuals, families, children, adolescents, and older adults across a range of mental health issues.

Annette draws on a range of evidence-based and trauma informed practices, she utilises a range of therapeutic modalities that are aligned to the goals of the client. Annette is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Schema Therapy and has completed specialised training in Autism.

Annette completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology and Counselling at Edith Cowan University, and Master of Psychology (Professional) at Curtin University.

Annette works children 6+ years, adolescents and adults.
