On the day
When you arrive, one of our friendly staff will guide you to a comfortable waiting room, where we’ll ask you to fill in your client details forms.
Appointments run for approximately an hour. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your initial appointment time.
If you have any questions prior to your appointment, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. All of our practices offer parking and are located close to public transport.
Please keep in mind that we have clients on waiting lists for appointments that are in need of seeing a psychologist. So please if possible call the practice to cancel your appointment if you are unable to attend or no longer require your appointment, so then we we are able to offer the appointment to another client in need.
48- 24 hours notice of cancellation is greatly appreciated and prevents cancellation fees that apply (cancellation fees vary per site and psychologist).
