Offering Individual and Couples Therapy, Tenille is passionate about supporting her clients to engage in their lives authentically, with purpose and a strong sense of self. Working in a warm and intuitive manner, Tenille utilises an holistic approach that incorporates her knowledge and training in evidence-based psychological interventions such as attachment based therapy, ACT and CBT while simultaneously drawing on her training and practice in meditation and yoga – bringing in a strong emphasis on body awareness, mindfulness and the body/mind connection as a means to assist her clients to access their fullest selves.

Tenille runs her own independent practice and engages Clear Health Psychology to provide administrative and other business services to enable her to provide assessment and treatment to her clients.
Appointment duration: 51 minutes
Sessions rates:
Individuals: $225.00 per appointment
Couples: $260.00 per 60 minute appointment, $280.00 per 90 minute appointment
Medicare rebate is available with a Mental Health Care Plan for individual appointments.
Cancellation Policy: Appointments are precious and we appreciate you giving at least 24 hours notice if you can not attend. For cancellations under 24 hours, 50% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate.
