Tara uses an integrative therapeutic approach, working in partnership with clients to tailor sessions to meet individual goals and needs. She utilises techniques from the following evidence-based therapies:
- Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
- Schema Therapy
- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Tara has experience in both not for profit and government sectors providing individual and group therapy, clinical supervision and mentoring. She is published in international peer-reviewed journals and continues to upskill and develop her therapeutic practice. Tara is an AHPRA Approved Clinical Supervisor, and a current Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
Tara runs her own independent practice and engages Clear Health Psychology to provide administrative and other business services to enable her to provide assessment and treatment to her clients.

Medicare rebate is available with a Mental Health Care Plan for individual appointments.
Cancellation Policy: Appointments are precious and we appreciate you giving at least 24 hours notice if you can’t attend, otherwise 50% of the full fee will apply with no Medicare rebate.
