Tamika is a registered psychologist with a passion for assisting individuals in gaining insight into themselves. She uses a person-centred approach and enjoys connecting with her clients holistically and collaboratively.

Tamika is a compassionate psychologist who uses a person-centred approach to foster meaningful relationships and growth. She has extensive experience supporting diverse clients, including neurodiverse individuals, using various therapeutic techniques to address issues like depression, anxiety, and trauma.

Tamika is deeply passionate about helping individuals gain profound insights into themselves and navigate their life stressors. Her personal style is empathic, warm, and engaging, she embraces a person-centred approach, connecting with her clients holistically and collaboratively to foster genuine, meaningful relationships and growth.

With extensive experience in the non-for-profit sector, Tamika has supported a diverse range of clients from different backgrounds and cultures, from youth to adults, through individual counselling, group therapy, school-based counselling. She has a special interest in working with neurodiverse individuals, providing tailored support that acknowledges and respects their unique experiences.

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT)
  • Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness Therapy

Her compassionate and individualized approach ensures that every client feels heard, understood, and supported on their journey to well-being.

Tamika runs her own independent practice and engages Clear Health Psychology to provide administrative and other business services to enable her to provide assessment and treatment to her clients.

Appointment duration:  50 minutes

Sessions rates:

Individuals: $200.00 per appointment

Telehealth: Yes

Medicare rebate is available with a Mental Health Care Plan for individual appointments. 

Cancellation Policy:  Appointments are precious and we appreciate you giving at least 48 hours’ notice if you cannot attend. For cancellations under 48 hours, 50% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate. For cancellations under 24 hours, 100% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate.

Please note: Tamika accepts bookings for individual clients age 13+.
