Over the course of her career, Sofia has provided mental health and counselling services to diverse clientele across the lifespan, working in a range of settings, including EAP, not-for-profit organisations, residential aged care, and private practice.

Sofia is a neurodiversity-affirming therapist, with a special interest in supporting adults with undiagnosed or late-diagnosed ADHD and/or Autism. She has a strong focus on supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, especially in the area of relationship counselling, and enjoy working with clients exploring consensual non-traditional relationship structures such as polyamory and ethical non-monogamy (ENM).
Sofia runs her own independent practice and engages Clear Health Psychology to provide administrative and other business services to enable her to provide assessment and treatment to her clients.
