Our Team

Clear Health Psychology is Western Australia’s largest psychology practice, with over 200 AHPRA-registered clinical and registered psychologists, alongside a team of experienced social workers and counsellors. We offer immediate availability via nationwide telehealth and in-person sessions across our 18 locations throughout Perth Metro and Southwest WA.

Individual Counselling

Shona uses a gentle, strength based approach with adults who are navigating life transitions, personal and work-related challenges, for growth and healing.

Shona tailors her approach to therapy based on the individual client circumstances and their presenting
issue. Shona’s experience encompasses clients across the lifespan, hailing from diverse backgrounds and
cultures. Shona’s rich and diverse background has allowed her to cultivate a unique ability to forge strong
therapeutic relationships with individuals from all walks of life facilitating positive transformation and
healing in their lives.

Shona runs her own independent practice and engages Clear Health Psychology to provide administrative and other business services to enable her to provide assessment and treatment to her clients.

Appointment duration: 51 minutes

Sessions rates:

Individuals: $260.00 per appointment

Couples and Family: $300.00 per appointment

Telehealth: Yes

Medicare rebate is available with a Mental Health Care Plan for individual appointments.

Cancellation Policy: Appointments are precious and we appreciate you giving at least 48 hours’ notice if you cannot attend. For cancellations under 48 hours, 50% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate. For cancellations under 24 hours, 100% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate.
