Registered Psychologist
Sendra is an AHPRA Registered Psychologist who is passionate about guiding children (8+) and their families, and adults from all backgrounds. Sendra utilises a non-judgemental style and various evidence-based modalities to support her clients on their journey to improved overall well-being.

Sendra has several years of experience in the psychology field, including having worked in schools to support the educational and mental health and wellbeing for children and adolescents. This includes but is not limited to supporting teachers, assessing students for Intellectual Disability, Specific Learning Disorders and screening for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and counselling.

More recently, Sendra has supported adult clients presenting with anxiety, life adjustments, depression and navigating interpersonal relationships. She also supports children (8+) also experiencing these presentations.

Sendra has a passion for utilising humanistic approaches in psychological practice to create a safe and non-judgemental space for her clients. She believes in building a strong therapeutic alliance with her clients to guide them on their journey to improved overall wellbeing.

Sendra utilises evidence-based treatment modalities, such as:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Solutions Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)

She has a special interest in neurodiversity, and she incorporates a neurodiversity-affirming framework when working with clients from this population group.

Sendra tailors her approach to the specific individual needs of her clients. She has an interest in working with and helping clients with:

  • anxiety
  • depression
  • interpersonal difficulties
  • behavioural difficulties
  • emotional regulation
  • transition and adjustment
  • grief and loss
  • work stress
  • burn out

Sendra is very caring and approachable and creates a safe and friendly space for her clients. She also supports individuals through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Sendra has a Masters in Professional Psychology.

Sendra runs her own independent practice and engages Clear Health Psychology to provide administrative and other business services to enable her to provide assessment and treatment to her clients.

Appointment duration:  51 minutes

Sessions rates:

Individuals: $210.00 per appointment

Medicare rebate is available with a Mental Health Care Plan for individual appointments. Sendra is also an eligible provider for additional Medicare-funded sessions for pregnancy support (under non-directive pregnancy support counselling). 

Cancellation Policy: Appointments are precious and we appreciate you giving at least 24 hours notice if you can not attend. For cancellations under 24 hours, 50% of the session rate will apply.

Please note: Sendra does not accept appointments for clients under the age of 8, couples or family sessions.
