She worked for over 15 years completing assessment reports for Corrective Services and has extensive experience in completing diagnostic assessments and reports for mental health. Roxanne has worked in EAP and provided Critical Incident Response in the resource sector and worked with young people and their families in the Multisystemic Therapy Program.
Roxanne has experience working with addictions and with adults and children with significant behavioural difficulties and has significant experience working with clients presenting with suicidal thoughts.
Roxanne has worked extensively with leadership in mentoring and coaching and making positive organisational change. She has significant experience providing training to workforces and leadership on topics such as mental health, suicide awareness, resilience and conflict resolution. She enjoys working with individuals on improving relationships, work-related stress, interpersonal issues, and parenting support. She works with couples who are experiencing relationship difficulties, or who just want to improve the quality of their relationships.
Roxanne uses a range of evidenced based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, systems theory (working across different systems), Interpersonal Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
