Rachel has experience working with people of all stages of life; individuals, couples, children and adolescents with many different issues in relationships, life transitions, childhood development, family life cycle and stressful events in life.

In addition, Rachel is able to conduct cognitive assessments such as; WISC and WPPSI and has experience working with clients with autism and other behavioural and emotional issues of all ages and adopts a collaborative integrative evidence based approach. Incorporating a range of different therapeutic approaches that will best suit an individual for example; CBT, DBT, schema therapy, family therapy and other psychosocial and therapeutic methods.
