Nirali offers a nurturing, compassionate and non-judgmental therapeutic space assisting clients with achieving a balanced quality of life. Nirali focuses on working with clients to safely exploring past and current difficulties enhancing psychological wellbeing.

Nirali has experience working with a range of mental health difficulties including;

• Depression
• Anxiety
• Grief and loss
• Stress management
• Trauma

Nirali utilises evidence based therapies including;

• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT);
• Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT);
• Solution Focused Therapy;
• Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy (in person only);
• Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.

Nirali runs her own independent practice and engages Clear Health Psychology to provide administrative and other business services to enable her to provide assessment and treatment to her clients.

Appointment duration:  51 minutes

Sessions rates:

Individuals: $220.00 per appointment

Medicare rebate is available with a Mental Health Care Plan for individual appointments.

Cancellation Policy:  Appointments are precious and we appreciate you giving at least 48 hours’ notice if you cannot attend. For cancellations under 48 hours, 50% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate. For cancellations under 24 hours, 100% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate.

There will be no late cancellation fees charged for cancellations outside of 48 hours.
