Min uses person-centred approach as well as evidence-based techniques such as Mindfulness, CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Hypnotherapy to effectively help her clients work through a range of mental health issues.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, Min works with a culturally-diverse clientele, from age of 10+ years, adults, and couples across a wide range of issues including:
