Jessica provides a safe, non-judgemental space to assist clients in talking about their difficulties. She is approachable and compassionate but can also be practical and straightforward in her style when required.
Jess works primarily with a psychological counselling approach tailored to the individual’s needs. She can use a variety of evidence based frameworks such as but not limited to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Motivational interviewing, Narrative Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy.
She is also an accredited Mediator specialising in workplace conflicts.

Over the years Jessica has enjoyed witnessing her clients become empowered as a consequence of learning to understand their strengths, emotions, thinking patterns and interactions with others. She believes that empowerment can lead to positive and meaningful changes in life. Therapy is tailored to the needs of her clients. She will work alongside you and support you along your path to achieve your desired change.
Jessica runs her own independent practice and engages Clear Health Psychology to provide administrative and other business services to enable her to provide assessment and treatment to her clients.

Couples: $230.00 per appointment

Couples: $310.00 per appointment
Medicare rebate is available with a Mental Health Care Plan for individual appointments.
Cancellation Policy: Appointments are precious and we appreciate you giving at least 24 hours notice if you can not attend. For cancellations under 24 hours, 50% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate.
