Jessica has experience working with and supporting clients who are neurodivergent, culturally and linguistically diverse, with the NDIS, have intellectual disability, First Nation’s people, gender dysphoric adults, those dealing with court related matters, peri- and post-natal anxiety/depression, people experiencing chronic and complex mental health presentations such as bipolar, borderline personality disorder and much more.
She has a humanistic approach to therapy in that she holds an unconditional positive regard for her clients. She also works from a strengths-based perspective, with aims to empower her clients through the process of fostering their own self-efficacy.
Jessica has a passion for supporting people of all ages and all neurotypes, with a special interest in working with Autism, ADHD, and AuDHD. Additionally, she has an interest in working alongside parents and children where pathological demand avoidance appears to be present. She also enjoys supporting new and soon-to-be parents.
Jessica is trained in administering Autism assessment for children using the MIGDAS-2. She is also able to discuss suitability for assessment for ADHD with both children and adults. Later this year she will be trained in administering Autism assessment for adults using the MIGDAS-2.
For work with couples and families, Jessica aims to assist each system to develop a common language for communicating and understanding each person’s experience in a safe and effective way. She applies systemic theory and logic-based communication techniques that incorporate basic human emotions and needs to foster understanding and meaningful change.

Individuals: $250.00 per appointment
Couples: $270.00 per appointment
Families: $290.00 per appointment

Medicare rebate is available with a Mental Health Care Plan for individual appointments.
Cancellation Policy: Appointments are precious and we appreciate you giving at least 24 hours notice if you can not attend. For cancellations under 24 hours, 50% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate.
