Our Team

Clear Health Psychology is Western Australia’s largest psychology practice, with over 200 AHPRA-registered clinical and registered psychologists, alongside a team of experienced social workers and counsellors. We offer immediate availability via nationwide telehealth and in-person sessions across our 18 locations throughout Perth Metro and Southwest WA.

Individual Counselling

Accredited Mental Health Social Worker

Hilary is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with extensive experience working in counselling, youth mental health and educational settings.

Hilary works with adolescents (10+) & adults, and offers individual, couples and family therapy. She brings warmth, compassion and curiosity to the therapeutic space and works in a holistic, trauma-informed and collaborative way. Hilary is a relationship-based therapist, supporting clients to gain clarity around the difficulties in their life, empowering and facilitating growth and change. She will tailor her approach to meet the needs of her clients and offers both short term, solution focused therapy and longer-term psychotherapy.

Hilary offers support for a wide range of presentations, including

Hilary uses Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT), working as part of a fully accredited Therapy Dog Team with her dog, Cora.

Hilary runs her own independent practice and engages Clear Health Psychology to provide administrative and other business services to enable her to provide treatment to her clients.

Appointment duration: 51 minutes

Sessions rates:

Individuals: $195.00 per appointment

Couples: $195.00 per appointment

Families: $210.00 per appointment

Medicare rebate is available with a Mental Health Care Plan for individual appointments.

Cancellation Policy: Appointments are precious and we appreciate you giving at least 48 hours’ notice if you cannot attend. For cancellations under 48 hours, 50% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate. For cancellations under 24 hours, 100% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate.
