Gemma Gardiner

Gemma is a warm and supportive Registered Psychologist who has worked in metropolitan, rural and remote communities with children, adolescents and adults with varying life stories and challenges.
She is passionate about taking a team approach to therapy, by empowering her clients to navigate their way through life’s struggles and move towards goals that are meaningful for them.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours and Masters degree in Applied Psychology.

With her training in cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, psychodynamic therapy, addiction and suicide prevention, she is able to adapt her delivery of evidence-based intervention to meet the greatest needs of her clients.

Gemma runs her own independent practice and engages Clear Health Psychology to provide administrative and other business services to enable her to provide assessment and treatment to her clients. Appointments are for 51 minutes at a rate of $195 and can attract a Medicare rebate with a Mental Health Care Plan.
Appointments are precious and we appreciate you giving at least 24 hours notice if you can’t attend, otherwise 50% of the full fee will apply with no Medicare rebate.
