Francesca applies a diverse range of therapeutic approaches to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Gottman Therapy for Couples, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
Francesca’s goal for clients is to gain a deeper self-understanding and acquire skills for ongoing personal growth and expansion. By combining these methods, Francesca helps individuals and couples develop practical strategies for navigating challenges and fostering positive change in their lives. This holistic approach emphasizes not only addressing immediate concerns but also providing tools for long-term progress and development.
Francesca runs her own independent practice and engages Clear Health Psychology to provide administrative and other business services to enable her to provide assessment and treatment to her clients.

Sessions rates:
Individuals: $195.00 per appointment
Couples: $230.00 per appointment
Telehealth: Yes
Medicare rebate is available with a Mental Health Care Plan for individual appointments.
Cancellation Policy: Please be advised that no shows or cancellations made within 24 hours notice of your scheduled appointment, will incur a late cancellation fee at the full rate of the appointment.
Cancellations made within 24-48 hours notice of your scheduled appointment, will incur a late cancellation fee, charged at 50% of the appointment fee.
There will be no late cancellation fees charged for cancellations outside of 48 hours.
Please note: Francesca accepts appointment for individual clients age 15 +.
