Clinical Psychology Registrar
Ethan (he/they) uses a person-centered rather than problem-centered approach, recognising that therapy is about understanding more than just a diagnostic label—it’s about the importance of a person’s experiences, relationships, and values. They believe in healing root causes rather than simply managing symptoms and offer a non-judgemental space to explore thoughts and emotions, alongside a guiding hand to create meaningful change.

Ethan helps people develop a deeper understanding of all parts of themselves—how these parts formed, how they relate to one another, and how they shape interactions with others and the world. He believes everyone deserves a future characterised by fulfilment and adaptability rather than emptiness or never-ending distress.

They have a particular interest in working with people who feel their struggles have never been clearly defined or are difficult to put into words—where nothing appears obviously wrong, yet they feel unseen, unsupported, or disconnected from their emotions, and where love and connection might now feel distant or confusing. Ethan is also passionate about supporting those who have had difficult or unhelpful experiences in therapy, as well as neurodivergent or questioning individuals navigating identity, self-acceptance, or a sense of belonging.
