With over 25 years of experience, Joseph combines several evidence-based therapeutic modalities in his practice, including:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Mindfulness Therapy and Schema Therapy.
Joseph has worked across Australia and overseas with a diverse range of clients in several different services including employee counselling services, universities, community agencies, addictions counselling services and correctional facilities. Additionally, he had conducted workshops, training and consultancy to government departments, community groups and corporations. Joseph is also experienced in suicide intervention and crisis intervention and has conducted numerous critical incident debriefings for local businesses and national corporations.
Joseph’s desire is to work with individuals (children, adolescents and adults), couples, and families to help people on their paths of recovery to wellness. Joseph provides a safe and supportive therapy environment, in which people can explore their presenting issues.
Joseph is a Counsellor/Registered Mental Health Social Worker and his sessions are Medicare rebateable with a Mental Health Care Plan.

Individuals: $190.00 per appointment
Couples: $200.00 per appointment
Family Counselling: $210.00 per appointment
Medicare rebate is available with a Mental Health Care Plan for individual appointments.
Cancellation Policy: Appointments are precious, and we appreciate you giving at least 24 hours’ notice if you cannot attend. For cancellations under 24 hours, 50% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate.
