Denise Bendotti

Denise is a registered psychologist with AHPRA and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. She has over 16 years’ experience in the private and public education sector as a psychologist working therapeutically to support children, adolescents, parents, and families.
Denise is a compassionate and approachable psychologist who creates a safe, warm, and respectful space for her clients to feel valued and heard. With a passion for positive psychology, youth mental health and well-being, Denise uses evidence-based clinical practice combined with a strength-based approach to support her client with their wellbeing and life challenges, whilst building their capacity for positive change and growth.

She has a wide range of experience in assessing and treating issues including:

Denise is also experienced in conducting assessments to explore cognitive capacity, and screening and assessment of attention and learning concerns.

Her training includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, Restorative Practice, Emotion Coaching and Positive Parenting.

Denise works with children (7+ years), adolescents, young adults, parents and families to achieve long term change.

Denise runs her own independent practice and engages Clear Health Psychology to provide administrative and other business services to enable her to provide assessment and treatment to her clients. Appointments are for 51 minutes at a rate of $220 and can attract a Medicare rebate with a Mental Health Care Plan.
Appointments are precious and we appreciate you giving at least 24 hours notice if you can’t attend, otherwise 50% of the full fee will apply with no Medicare rebate.
