Cindy Wong

Cindy is a registered psychologist with AHPRA. Cindy has completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at Curtin University. She has previously worked in a not-for-profit organisation and across public schools.
Cindy possesses a warm, empathic, and compassionate therapeutic treatment approach. She strives to develop genuine and collaborative relationships with clients, and to empower clients to work towards values-aligned goals.Cindy has experience delivering individualised interventions, telehealth service, and facilitating group programs such as; Lego social group, Zones of Regulation, PALS and Take Action.

Cindy enjoys working with children, young adults and their families. She also has a passion for working with adults and older adults to improve their mental health.

Cindy utilises evidence-based theories such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Play Therapy.

Cindy works with children from 5 years of age, adolescents and adults.

Cindy speaks fluent Mandarin which can be very helpful for clients who feel more comfortable & would prefer to converse with a psychologist in Mandarin.

Cindy runs her own independent practice and engages Clear Health Psychology to provide administrative and other business services to enable her to provide assessment and treatment to her clients. Appointments are for 51 minutes at a rate of $195 and can attract a Medicare rebate with a Mental Health Care Plan.
Appointments are precious and we appreciate you giving at least 24 hours notice if you can’t attend, otherwise 50% of the full fee will apply with no Medicare rebate.
