Cindy aims to create a calm and safe therapeutic space where clients feel comfortable, respected and welcomed. Cindy believes in taking a collaborative and client-centred approach to her work. She understands and emphasises the importance of establishing an effective, warm, and trusting relationship, as a vital step in achieving positive outcomes.
Cindy is a Registered Psychologist with AHPRA and a member of the Australian Psychological Society.

Cindy is experienced in supporting adolescents and adults with developmental disabilities to manage behavioural and emotional difficulties, navigate transitional life stages and overcome barriers.

Cindy has completed a Masters in Organisational Psychology and has worked with organisations and leaders to develop workplace mental health initiatives and build supportive team culture.

Cindy draws on several evidence-based therapies to help clients achieve their individual goals, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

Cindy runs her own independent practice and engages Clear Health Psychology to provide administrative and other business services to enable her to provide assessment and treatment to her clients. Appointments are for 51 minutes at a rate of $195 and can attract a Medicare rebate with a Mental Health Care Plan.
Appointments are precious and we appreciate you giving at least 24 hours notice if you can’t attend, otherwise 50% of the full fee will apply with no Medicare rebate.
