Charlette is a Counsellor and Social Worker with experience surrounding Buddhist Psychotherapy, education studies, working with migrants and refugees, family support, disability and mental health.
Her therapy frameworks include Person Centred Approach, Compassion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Charlette provides support to individuals from diverse backgrounds that require assistance with stress, depression, anxiety, behavioural change, decision making and establishing healthy boundaries and patterns in relationships.
She is also able to develop and facilitate bespoke workshops around stress and mood management and her goal is to support and guide individuals on their journey to lead a life that is purposeful and meaning-centred.
