Celeste completed her Bachelor of Psychology and Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Western Australia, and has worked as a registered psychologist for 12 years.
Celeste primarily utilises Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to formulate more adaptive strategies that assist in improving your functioning and emotional well-being. She also draws from other evidence-based approaches, such as Systems Theory and Systemic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy.
Celeste understands that life presents many challenges that are often overwhelming.
Celeste is keen to help you understand the thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that might contribute to the maintenance of these challenges, and in a non-judgmental space, work collaboratively with you through your stresses, to help you to overcome emotional barriers, and change behaviours that may be interfering with your overall well-being.

Sessions rates:
Individuals: $260.00 per appointment
Medicare rebate is available with a Mental Health Care Plan for individual appointments.
Cancellation Policy: Appointments are precious and we appreciate you giving at least 48 hours’ notice if you cannot attend. For cancellations under 48 hours, 50% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate. For cancellations under 24 hours, 100% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate.
Please note: Celeste does not accept appointments for children under 13 years of age, couples or family sessions.
