Clinical Psychologist
Catherine is a Clinical Psychologist and Board-Approved Supervisor, who works from a holistic framework and understands the important relationship between mental health and physical health. She believes that developing a strong therapeutic relationship is central to a positive and helpful therapy experience.

Catherine obtained her Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology in Perth, Western Australia. She worked in a number of clinical therapeutic settings including men’s and women’s prisons and Adult Community Corrections in both metropolitan and regional locations. She has a special interest in working with adolescents, adults, and older adults across a broad spectrum of psychological challenges, including:

  • Anxiety

  • Poor self-esteem
  • Stress
  • Unprocessed Trauma and Abuse
  • Grief and Loss
  • OCD
  • PTSD
  • Relationship Issues
  • Drug and/or Alcohol Addiction

Catherine’s therapy techniques draw upon her relevant training, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
  • Commitment and Acceptance Therapy (ACT)
  • Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
  • Schema Therapy
  • Narrative Therapy
  • Motivational Interviewing

Catherine runs her own independent practice and engages Clear Health Psychology to provide administrative and other business services to enable her to provide assessment and treatment to her clients.

Sessions rates:

Individuals: $270.00 per appointment

Telehealth: Yes

Medicare rebate is available with a Mental Health Care Plan for individual appointments. 

Cancellation Policy: Appointments are precious and we appreciate you giving at least 24 hours notice if you can not attend. For cancellations under 24 hours, 50% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate.
