Ashleigh is a compassionate and non-judgemental psychologist who works collaboratively with her clients to identify their therapy goals.
She has a strong interest in supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and adults affected by trauma, self-esteem, or body-image concerns.

Ashleigh empowers her clients through developing insight into the connections between their thoughts, feelings, and actions. She draws on techniques from evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Enhanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), Cognitive Processing Therapy for Trauma (CPT), and Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), tailoring her approach to the individual needs of her client.

Ashleigh runs her own independent practice and engages Clear Health Psychology to provide administrative and other business services to enable her to provide assessment and treatment to her clients. Appointments are for 51 minutes at a rate of $195 and can attract a Medicare rebate with a Mental Health Care Plan.
Appointments are precious and we appreciate you giving at least 24 hours notice if you can’t attend, otherwise 50% of the full fee will apply with no Medicare rebate.
