Amber’s passion is in helping others become more well and comfortably themselves. She is experienced in working with different cultures, neuro-diversity and gender & sexual identity (LGBTQIA+). Amber has worked in not-for-profit, community and in-patient mental health settings.
Amber uses her experience to support clients to address psychological difficulties, situations of stuck-ness and suffering. She also has a special interest in the overlap of physical and mental health issues and has conducted and published research in this field.

Amber uses a range of evidence based therapies in her practice, including:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Compassion-focussed Therapy (CFT)
- Schema Therapy (ST)
- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
- Interpersonal Therapy (IPT)
Amber is also trained in using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing) and can support clients requiring this specialised and effective treatment.
Amber runs her own independent practice and engages Clear Health Psychology to provide administrative and other business services to enable her to provide assessment and treatment to her clients.

Individuals: $260.00 per appointment
Telehealth: Yes
Medicare rebate is available with a Mental Health Care Plan for individual appointments.
Cancellation Policy: Appointments are precious and we appreciate you giving at least 24 hours notice if you can not attend. For cancellations under 24 hours, 50% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate.
