Currently Alyse works with adults (18+ years of age) across a range of psychological presentations including:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Adjustment disorder
- Grief & Loss
- Interpersonal issues
- Work-related matters
Alyse is trained in evidence-based psychological interventions such as cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused therapy, and emotion focused therapy.
Alyse has experience in delivering psychoeducation presentations, webinars, potentially traumatic event response, and assisting managers in the workplace.
Appointment duration: 51 minutes
Sessions rates:
Individuals: $220.00 per appointment (Saturday appointments $250.00 per appointment)
Medicare rebate is available with a Mental Health Care Plan for individual appointments.
Cancellation Policy: Appointments are precious and we appreciate you giving at least 48 hours’ notice if you cannot attend. For cancellations under 48 hours, 50% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate. For cancellations under 24 hours, 100% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate.
